Today was very interesting. We started out by walking to Trinity College to see the Book of Kells. It is an amazing "illuminated manuscript"
of the 4 gospels of the New Testament. Simply put, pages and pages of Biblical text surrounded and interspersed with tiny, intricate drawings.

After that, we checked out of the hotel and took a cab to the airport to pick up the rental car. Driving on the "wrong" side of the car
on the "wrong" side of the road is definitely an experience which takes gettin used to!
The remainder of the day was spent driving to the village of Cashel, where we spent the night in the restored Kearney Castle.
